Dianne Queen of Shoes Registered: 05/24/04 Posts: 6123 Loc: Arizona	My body is bruised and battered today. I'm such a klutz. We have a very steep driveway and Brandi and I were taking down the trash to the curb and the rolling trash can got away from me and we both rolled down the driveway, head over heels. Trash went everywhere and my neighbor was walking by with his dog and I felt like such an idiot. But today I'm just sore and have "road rash" along with black and blue marks and let's face it, I'm not that young so my body feels like it's been mangled. Brandi runs over to help me get back up and we just stood there and busted out laughing.

That's the kind of thing my son and his friends like to photograph. Then they roar about it later. I hope you don't have any big social plans! Gald you didn't break anything.

It will soothe the rassh and then when you are patted, not rubbed dry open a 1000 unit Vitamin E capsule and spread it on lightly. You won't scar, you'll heal faster and the pain will be gone. Do tnhis until you see a difference. Its what they use for mild burn patients and it really works. I hate to think of you falling and although laughhable now it really could be serious so BE CAREFUL Lady Dianne....
