Darn pound must have been hiding in all those candied treats I been putting in and on my baked goods. Trying to be sensible with my meals but maybe if people would send me some of their menus (for one person) is may help me. My husband does not eat like me. I love my protein drink, meal replacement bars, salad, chicken breast, yogurt. My downfall is cheese of any type. The healthiest is laughing cow which does not call me. With walking most days, it just isn't coming off. I am staying the same which is good and don't feel deprived but just bored. chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	Phyllis, I find that when I eat a good breakfast, a lite lunch, like fruit, yogurt or a sandwich, and then eat broiled or baked chicken or fish for dinner with grilled vegetables of all kinds and a salad I can drop a pound a day with little exercise. So long as I leave snacks alone at night. Go to the Favorite Recipe section below and check out many of the recipes or monitor the weight loss group for awhile and watch what they eat, even join them and report your daily intaske of food, that helps you NOT eat that extra cookie etc. when you have to report it to the group.... _________________________ Take a peek at my BLOG: http://charleen-micheles.blogspot.com/

Seems I am not hunger by dinner so a salad tastes good. Like your ideas. Tried an eggplant parmisan from Tony's website.
