What is everyone doing on the long Memorial day week-end. We here at my house have decided to do a 3 day fun food festival, my sons place Saturday, my grandsons home Sunday and my place Monday. No one will tell whats being served at their house, it'll be a surprise. I can tell you ladies however since none of my family visit this site. I am barbecueing a split leg of lamb and a ton of grilled fresh veges on skurers like cherry tomatoes, red tiny potatoes, squash chunks, huge mushrooms and round small sweet onions and also roasted corn on the cob, hungry yet??? Dessert will consist of cups of fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, cantalope, walnuts all topped with whipping creme and a cherry....I hope a good time is had by you all...

David is in town so we're catching up on the yard work. We had dinner by candlelite outside last night. The weather was perfect.

We're just taking it easy.

Worked today, as per usual. Tomorrow I'm trying to plan with Mr. "I don't know what I want to do" to either go to a local beach or hike. He says he'll "see" tomorrow.

If he flakes out again, I'll work for a few hours and then go hiking by myself.

This is the man who always complains that we never do anything together.
