Is anyone familiar with the Church of Religious Science? It is not Scientology. It is a beautiful combining of religions promoting understand, acceptance, the beauty of life and of ourselves in relation to God - we went to Mile High Church in Denver, but I haven't been able to find a church near our home in SC. I'd love to hear from others who are familiar with this line of thought.

My publisher, Louise Hay, is a member of this religion. I went to a service years ago in AZ. I found it very interesting and accepting with love. That's about all I know.

It is interesting to me that no one other than Dianne has heard of this beautiful approach founded by Dr. Ernest Holmes. If anyone is curious about it, you may be interested in reading "What We Teach Our Children" at http://religious-science.org/beliefs/ourchildren.htm

I'm not familiar with their thinking, nor their approach to life, but who could NOT be drawn to a mission statement as lovely as this one?

Wonderfully done and it definitely makes one want to check them out. Thanks for providing the links.

Beautifully stated, JJ - we attended Mile High Church in Denver; however, even though there are hundreds of churches in the midwest and west, there isn't one close enough to us (nearest is about 3 hours away) here! We sure miss it, but keep up by ordering CD's from Mile High and their web site! It just blends people of all faiths and gives credibility and respect and love to everyone!
