If this guy was running in my country, he'd have my vote! What a great honest (and as you say, refreshing) answer to what appears to me to be an attempt to lead him into political vs religious entrapment.

Good for Mike Huckabee! There is a man of conviction that, while not feeling it was a "normal" question to a candidate, took it head on and stated his beliefs without wavering a moment. Yes, VERY refreshing!

Yes, it was an honest answer. However, the follow up question I would have is how it would influence his decisions as president -- his particular belief in God.
