Where do you find it most challenging to live (or practice) your faith at? Home, work, vacation, etc.?

I find it most challenging...right here at home.
Try my best to set a good example, and to explain Christ's love and salvation... not all of my children have been saved yet.
It's heavy on my heart...

Home, I am so fortunate that my son and family are avid church goers and live what they believe and so do I...

Work, thats from home so no problems there. I just have to remember all are Gods children and react as such when confronted with what I believe to be stupidity or senseless babble...

Vacation, living in Vegas its kind of silly to go elsewhere when everyone wants to come here.
Sometimes tourists can be hard to endure when acting like animals freed from a cage for the first time...this would be my biggest challenge.

Etc., in general I try to conduct myself as a Christian knowing full well God see's me no matter where I am or what I'm doing. I behaved this way with my earthly father and am still doing the same with my Heavenly father....

I may be wrong here but it seems to me the more you do a thing the easier it gets. After awhile living like a good Christian becomes second nature, a habit. One of the good habits to have.

Chatty: You are so blessed to have a family that live what they believe! That certainly makes it easier.

Brenda & Bluebird, my heart goes out to you! Praying for the salvation of our loved ones is a priority for many of us.

Haven't you experienced a moment when your biggest challenge is acting in a Christ-like way when a loved one is determined to ruin your day?

I'm talking about those every day instances where you find yourself arguing or lashing back at something he or she said, etc.

My eldest son is capable of pushing my buttons...thank goodness it's not on a everyday basis.

When he pushes the button, I'm instantly hot under the collar...and normally he knows it... Sometimes, I think he thrives on it.

I've started seeing these times as learning lessons from above.
Instead of flying off the handle and yelling back...I explain I'm a bit upset and need some alone time.

Christ is showing me different ways of dealing with everyday "oh-no's".

Didn't want to cover this up with another topic in Religion...

I meant to post yesterday that it was the feast day of the Baptism of the Lord.
Matthew 3:13-17

Welcome, Pinkroses! I love your screen name. I love roses and pink!!!!

Those everyday "little but huge challenges" at home can make a difference in our walk with the Lord. They help me see how constantly dependant on Him I must be.

Since I work from home, where else will the enemy try to get in my way? So I'm not surprised. This is my battlefield. I aim to be a reflection of God's love here or anywhere I go.
And from those <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> little huge challenges <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> I'm learning, still learning!
