I can't even imagine writing 35 articles in a week. Wow, my hat is off to you!
Encarta is an encyclopedia.

If I wrote 35 articles in one week, my brain would explode and my fingers would fall off.

Just writing a three page speech in a week caused a suicide bomber to camp out in my brain. And my fingers are hanging by a thread.

Are you okay?

Yeah, I'm Ok, except I just found out my 256 mg flash stick is dead as a doornail and tons of my writing gone with it! I'm just sick at heart. I don't even know for sure what all was on it, but I know all my poetry, my Bitter Water mss. and many, many fillers I was compiling as well as some of the freelance articles I've worked on. No retrieving it at all, already been to the computer doctor. [Roll Eyes] I feel like I lost a baby.

So sorry Sherri for that loss and it is like losing a baby of sorts....The Encarta is so much more than an Encyclopedia and comes with my MSN. I have used and used it when needing info for an article....

I'll try Encarta, I use about.com frequently and wikipedia and another good one is called howstuffworks.

Steve is having surgery next week, so I'm not accepting any more for next week. I still have 33 to finish for my other client, but she gave me an additional week. Thank Goodness!

Sherri, I honestly do not know how you are doing 65 articles in a day. WITHOUT research, just writing on topics I know inside and out, I can get in roughly 5 articles per a 6 hour work day. If you add in research that is additional 2 - 4 hours PER article.

I believe you are well above the curve. Maybe you just needed some reassurance of that? =)

On your articles, is there anyway to do a little less research and maybe perhaps set a timer and limit yourself to an hour or two at most for research? I know this is easier for some topics than others.

Thanks Wendy, you made me feel so much better! I thought I was an underachiever! My goal is to write 10 articles a day. I DO spend a lot of time on research so I can feel free to write the article in my own words.

Thanks,

Sherri

I have another question, how do you come up with freelance articles that you can offer to other sites or magazines? There's a place called constant content that you can put articles up for sale. Trouble is, I can't think of any!

Just thought I would toss that out.

I didn't want to cover up the post after mine, but I could still use some help on how to know what to write on to submit to different places. One client gives me a topic, and how many articles she wants on that topic and I get to choose what to write about and my own title. I love working that way! I already have a couple of articles on constant content but would like to post some more.
