There is a program you can use to scan all your FB settings to make sure they're secure (and it's a good one - not a scam - I already vetted it!); the other option is to spend 15+ minutes going through all the settings yourself. I've done both, and the program is so much easier! It not only tells you what is not secured, but also how to fix it. They have a FB page, but I can't access FB from work, but if you're interested I can send you the link this evening from home.

The only requests I accept on FB these days are friend requests from people I already know. If anyone from BWS wants to send one, please do!! (maybe include your screen name so I don't accidentally reject the request).

JJ, my scores in BB have been pathetic lately. You didn't happen to put some kind of southern jinx on me, did you? Hmmmm?

Would I do that to someone who says they like my pic? I think not! I've noticed that getting past 60K is a struggle. What's up with that?

Whew, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed that! I don't play on Monday nights because I'm always afraid that that will be the time when I'll get over 300,000 - and the score will only be good for a few hours. (I'm not vain, am I! LOL.) I think the best time to get a good score is Tuesday night, but not so good that you don't have some hope of beating it for the rest of the week.

And JJ, don't tell me you're having trouble getting over 60K when you beat my high score!! But yes, it does seem harder to get higher scores lately.

Yes, MS JJ, your scores seem to get right up there I've noticed the same thing though. I thought I was getting slower. When I get a decent score, I can't even beat myself.

Since I dumped Facebook they keep sending me surveys of what I think they can do to improve service or keep quality people around etc., etc., I just click them off. Who cares?

The BWS forums shifted the way I communicated with people. While once I was shy and silenced, the boomer friends drew out my reserve by sharing of themselves. Also, I was comfortable communicating with women only. Then, I ventured to Facebook, and it has been good to me. People have found me, saying things from "We thought you were dead" to "I was hoping you were you!" and I have re-connected with people from high-school who I thought would judge me for the choices I made at that time. Also, I have an agenda as an advocate for victims and Facebook gives a wider audience. Sure, it takes up a lot of time, and it is not the close-knit give and receive of BWS, but Facebook has helped me in "reaching out" to others. I have had many good things occur from people reaching out to me. The best is to find out what boys liked me when, only I had no clue!
