jj,
That was a cool story. I love boxers; danes are too big for me to handle but "T" is cute. So happy the runaways are back home. And I admire the TLC you provided T & T, till the lost were found. They're handsome pups!

What a happy ending JJ, for all concerned. I had a great dane here for a while until a good home could be found for him and he was just adorable. I like the looks of the boxer pup, pretty dog. You are too cool, you big softy!!!

Anne,
Did you see that cat on the national news: it weighed 40 +
pounds and needed to be adopted? Hope it got a good home.

I've been waiting for someone to quote that line from Dirty Dancing to Dotsie: "Nobody puts baby in the corner!"

Just to update you on our dog. The tumor was malignant, but there's no concern about treatments. Unfortunately, she chewed off some of her bandage and also chewed the incision a bit so she had to get two staples and re-bandaged. They also gave her an Elizabeth collar so she can't get to it. Poor thing. We take it off a lot while she's near us. Those things are miserable. She keeps banging into everything and it's got to hurt her neck.

Awww, poor little thing. Glad to hear the tumor in non threatning.I know Buddy wouldn't leave a bandage on either. He would probably chew that collar off too.

Good news, Dotsie, about the tumor. I hope the collar can come off soon.

The cat was gross, Chatty. I don't watch talk tv often, but I haven't been feeling very good and saw it on a talk show. I wanted to reach out and spank those owners.

Anne, did you get the kitten?
A lady in Newfoundland cooks lbs and lbs of hamburger for her cats every day. She is a cat lover, but NO amount of convincing her that she is killing them with kindness. They can barely walk they are so overstuffed. She thinks she is doing the right thing.
