When you call back, (cause you KNOW it isn't gonna work), they say the guy doesn't work there and they've never heard of him. The only thing I can think to ask is, "What internet provider do the experts rank highest? What company has the best service or most qualified trouble shooting capabilities?" Many times we'll phone for tech help and get someone in China or elsewhere overseas. My geographic area is being hit with a storm, right as I post. So, I can probably expect the electric to go off and my computer to dummy up when it's rebooted. That happens even when we disconnect it before the lines go down. Ciao for now...
