If you are ever bothered by diarrhea eat two bananas and have a half glass of warm milk. You can leave off the milk if you want to but do eat the two bananas....Now on the other side of the coin, if constipated, no matter how bad, eat spinach. It must be canned or better yet, frozen. Add it to an omelet or whatever else your eating and believe me it will do the trick!! Big time. Hard to read but there is so much knowledge and common sense in it.
