Anno, a trip to Ireland! Sounds wonderful. I'm so happy that Dennis is still able to travel such distances. And You are every person's dream partner. I've never been there. JJ was there. JJ where are you?

Ann The Red Cross (I am a long time member) may offer help to push and if not would suggest another association.
Been to Dublin and be assured of friendly helpful people who interact with visitors. Some day come over the border to Scotland..

Thanks for the tip on the Red Cross, Mountain. I will check that out.
Our original plan included Wales and Scotland. We have both been to Scotland before, but never together. Wales, well, to be honest, Lola inspired us.
But with mom being alone, now, I don't want to be away that long.
We figured, this may possibly be the last trip, but we will go and go and go as long as Dennis is able, and I can push.
Thanks friends. I love to think about travel almost as much as the trip itself.

Anno, that's so exciting! Good luck on your trip. While my expertise on Ireland is limited, I do some work with Marriott, and I know they have a community for frequent travelers and their most loyal customers - their Insiders community. That could be a good resource for Ireland advice. Come back and tell us all about it!
