Today I bought a brand new recliner,
I have to admit my living room never looked finer.

I stood back to admire it,
seeing the perfect fit.

When something arry caught my eye,
the rest of my furniture looked dingy & old, oh my!

Well I spent all my money this year at the vet,
he took a grand vacation, to Aruba he did jet.

So I'll skrimp and I'll save every cent I can get,
I'll buy a sofa and love seat cash, & stay out of debt.

At least me and Sassy have a comfortable chair,
stop by any evening, to find us fast asleep there.

Funny how a three month old puppy will pick one side of a chair to sit on. I move her and she moves back, humm, I guess she told me!!!

Why is he clad in tights and wearing all green,
looks like something right out of as movie scene.

Oh my, gee whiz, there is a woman dressed in black,
shes sneaking up behind him with a huge burlap sack.

Good golly, praise the Lord, lands a-goshin, oh heck,
she's shoving Russell inside by the nap of his neck.

Russell Crowe has stopped fighting even though he's not pleased,
Queen JJ's has begun smiling since his struggling has eased.

I wonder what she'll do with him when she gets him home,
I bet she'll take away his green tights so he cannot roam.

Whatever she does now, know he'll be Robin Hood no more,
the only giving he'll do is to Queen JJ, who he'll learn to adore...
