Edelweiss, I am down seven pounds since the 28th of August. My special prepared diabetic food should arrive on Tuesaday the 8th. I am really excited to see how it works for me diet wise, diabetic numbers wise, blood pressure wise, and in all other ways. I will keep you posted. Oh and my breathing + oxygen in the blood level is staying steady at 91 to 93 and thats normal and wonderful... All I needed was the CPAP.
