Since this AAA Magazine article, we've had a few businesses phone us who are NOT on the internet. We are SHOCKED!

Granted, we do not have unsurmountable numbers of color brochures that are costly NOR contain all of our products' photos. Then, we have to manually mail out black and white price sheets (we dropped the color printer a LONG time ago...allowing the printing shops to use their own ink!), send our market brochure, (some of you have them and the ARE very nice BUT not inclusive of all our products)!

They ask for "samples" which we do sell, but I have to do a manual invoice if they order....and take down the credit card info.

Then, the customer who does not have a computer NOR wants to look at a friends computer to see the products.

GEESH! Sometimes it is frustrating!!
