No Chatty, I feel no different but I must admit that they said it would take at least 4 sessions before I saw any improvement. Unless I get a new doctor, I will never find out since I am not going back to that one! And yes, I was lucky too that my insurance was paying except for the co-pay. I will check to see who else is in my plan.

They were right it does usually taske at least three visits but give it another chance because it can be a life saver. pain and motion wise.

I believe the training and experience of the acupuncturist is of utmost importance. After my surgery year before last, I found an M.D. who practices, not only American medicine, but Oriental medicine, and several forms of alternative medicine.

I had low light laser treatments for arthritis, spinal decompression for my back, and acupuncture for the severe pain from the trauma to my ankle.

The American M.D. administered the acupuncture at first, but when I had no results, he assigned his Oriental assistant who had trained in China for 25 years and the results were immediate.
