DonnaJ Member Registered: 11/01/03 Posts: 1076 Loc: Ohio, USA	I just thought today - I never thanked all of you for sending up so many prayers for me as I worked on the devotional project. I did finish -two days ahead of deadline! I heard back from the manager for the project, and she said my writing was 'awesome' and she had to do very little editing. She also said she hoped to work with me again. Yes!! So I wanted to give a heartfelt thanks to all of you who remembered me as I sought inspiration from the Lord and His Word as I wrote. Oh, and I got paid, too! Right before Christmas. Now ain't that a good blessing!

I don't think you realize how much! I put up a devotional about weddings this week, and last week I put up a link to a Christmas one. If you go to the Women with Heart site while you're at work, turn your speakers down! I never have my speakers turned up on my laptop. Someone at church thanked me for the pretty music. She laughed when I looked puzzled and said, "There's music??" lol! The past few weeks, I've only been able to get one devo per week because we've been so busy. Last week we had two weddings, a funeral, and a big party at our house. Whew! Thanks again!! - Donna

I've used this time to post a new devotional inspired by the snowstorm. http://donnashepherd.com I managed to post on the Master's Artists blog, too, if you want to check that site out. It's a good community of writers interested in promoting the message of Christ through our writing. http://themastersartist.blogspot.com/ We are expecting maybe ten more inches of snow! I just might get caught up on my email.

I've toyed of moving the whole thing to a different site, but I like being able to have the comments sections. I've tried to put up prayer requests, but it was too unwieldy, so I get those through email now. I found a new thing today - an audio blog! You guys ought to try it out. *I'm pretty sure being snowbound is starting to get to me. lol! We have twenty inches of snow on the ground with thirty inch drifts.
