no, 1 in NC, 3 in upstate NY, 1 in Brooklyn, and 1 in CO. Wish we could all have dinner together once a week, other than that I'm fine with the separation. I miss the interaction of being with all of them, but eventually they become like roomates who drive you crazy!

Welcome from one fairly newcomer to another. I live in OH, and have 3 grown sons in Tx. Empty nesting is hard at first, then you only want then back when you want them. LOL I am enjoying it here, I know you will also!

Not sure if this is how to join the forum, but I will try! Saw an article in our local paper and went browsing! I'm 54 years young, second marriage with 3 children and 2 stepchildren plus their spouses! No grandchildren yet! My children are boy 29, girl 27 boy 24 and my step children are boy 34 (married), and girl 33 (getting married in 3 weeks!) I have a wonderful relationship with all the kids, although all the boys live in CA and the girls are in NY. I live 7 months in Florida and 5 months in NY. Would love to hear from some new friends!
