Aside from the fact that I have absolutely NO libido, I'm a normal healthy 55 year old woman...unless you count the fact that I've been having hot flashes since I was about 35. Am I alone in this or is it natural? Luckily, I'm no longer married (widowed) so there's no man to fend off but I'd love to get that desire back. Any help out there?

Hi Scorpio,
Hot flashes for 20 years...please tell me it's not so. I was kind of beginning to accept maybe 10, 15 was a jump but, 20 just take me out back and shoot me. No, you are not alone...there's plenty of us around, with various symptoms.
Welcome.

Been married for 41 years, haven't had sex for the last three years. I want it!! But not with my husband. So........I agree......if it's meant to be......that's ok with me. Lynne

My husband has been AMAZING LATELY!
In fact, we were in a store, and I was doing my "snotty wife" routine....going,
"I better get choc. covered cherries for christmas"...he said, "it's already taken care of". (hmpf)
So I'm like, "I better get a massage for Christmas"...he's like..."that's taken care of also". Hmpf.
I'm like, "so what's up with you..you've been listening to me drop hints for the past two months of what I would like for christmas?"..
He didn't say anything. However, later in the p.m., he DID reveal how our sex life has him wanting to check the address (is he at the right house? LOL..) Our sex life hasn't really changed much, except I think he feels "better taken care of". I'm always coming up behind him when he's reading and nibble on his neck...he is so cute...he gets goosebumps. I love doing that to him.
Today I'm in HORRIBLE shape (with a "visitor in town") and he's hugging me and telling me how much he appreciates me.
I'm like..."where is my husband and what have you done with him"!
20 years of cultivating this relationship. 20 hard years. Sometimes wishing I could wave my magic wand and have this man adore me. Maybe miracles DO happen.

((blushing)) lol,
I ment that my husband has been amazingly thoughtful as of late....and I think it is a result of sex. LOL
I hear you! I'm into sleeping also! But sometimes "the shadow" creeps up on me while I slumber, and, well, ya know...
