Edelweiss3 Registered: 11/19/08 Posts: 1758 Loc: American living in Germany	I went to weight watchers tonight. I just can’t seem to lose weight on my own. I made a grand entrance at the meeting. Lol….The meeting room is in the cellar of a building, and I actually fell down the stairs, and landed SPLAT right at the teacher’s feet. Lol lol lol….oh my God, I was sooooooooooooooooo embarrassed. For no reason at all, I simply twisted my ankle and fell. No broken bones, lots of black and blue marks…and now I am known for my grand entrance. I guess you could say, those pounds are falling right off me. Lol lol _________________________ As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live. Goethe

At least you weren't wearing all your bridal finery on your weddidng day and then fell down a steep set of stairs in the hallway of your home while everyone was looking on... Chatty, your cousin's fall is definitely every woman's nightmare. Was she ever able to laugh about it? Did anybody get it on film? I'm so glad no YouTube fan was around filming me. Whew. I love the Weight Watcher group. We are about 50 ladies, and the group leader is very funny and motivating. (You can just imagine her comments on my fall). She gave me the trophy for that week, saying I was the most athletic one of the bunch. Lol , But the best is; I lost 7 pounds in two weeks! And without feeling hungry, ever! It was caught on film by both the professional photographer, as well as by her uncle and I think a cousin. No one was laughing back then; the room was so quiet you could have heard a pin drop! And when it's not too windy and cold I play golf. I try to do this every day.
