Chatty,

You are correct it is good for the eye sight good for the heart . I take two fish oil tablets a day along with Lutein and Mult Vitamin . My eye sight has inproved . I am nearsighted and I now can read the fine print better and I can tell Navy from Black .

I take a fish oil combo. Have for about three years. I get mine from the health food store; pay a bit more, but the ones I take pass the burp test. Don't you just hate that unexpected - well you know where I was going with that!
