There's a new fun – and funny – contest to announce. In the third in a series of ongoing, consumer-focused contests (following the RED and YourPets contests), Hallmark is inviting everyone to submit their funniest greeting card ideas for Hallmark’s “Your Funny*Ness” contest. Basically, Hallmark wants to see the funniest material (in card form, of course) from anyone who’s ever thought “I’m funnier than that!” or who just has some great jokes they’d like to share.

Entrants can send Hallmark a card, any card on any topic, as long as it’s funny and original. Eighteen finalists will have their cards printed and sold to the public, both at www.hallmark.com/you and in more than 3,500 participating Hallmark Gold Crown stores. They’ll also win $250 bucks.

The contest is open at www.hallmark.com/you between now and March 23. Finalists will be selected and announced on April 14. America’s choice for the Grand Prize winner gets another $1,000 cash and a trip to Chicago to spend a weekend with Second City! Free tickets, a walking tour, a private workshop...and of course their concept on a Hallmark card sold in more than 3,500 participating Hallmark Gold Crown stores.
