My happy moment: the temps finally rose above freezing so I took my doggies on an hour long trail hike. I had an aunt on my mind as I walked, and I dedicated my walk to her well being. It was a walking meditation with an affirmation on her behalf. I was like a chanting crazy woman talking OUT LOUD in the woods on the trail. I'm happy for all of your happy moments! L, L

I also had a very happy moment about 2 weeks ago when I found my niece who I used to call my 'little' sister.....Funny, she is all grown up now but I can still think of her as my 'little' sister. We picked up where we left off, only better. Oh, she does not mind being the "little sister" because she never had sisters of her own so her aunties, so close in age to her, are like sisters!
