Overcome self-sabotage, Because I am a fitness professional AND a hypnotherapist, I combine the actions of diet and exercise with what is most important in weight loss: self esteem, believing you can, identity development and seeing the body you want, clearly in your mind. I address the actions, skills and mental process for success. I had a blast writing this book and learned soooo much about my self. I've never published a book, but I know what it's like to launch two Web sites and it's like having a baby. Kathy, my son and I just ran out to have lunch at Panera. It's s uch a treat to have him around! Then we ran in Target to get a couple things. I stared at the candy bars long and hard at the check-out, but didn't give in. It took so much will power. WhatStopsYou stranger Registered: 08/12/06 Posts: 84	I actually have completed a CD called "Lighten up, with Powerful Weight Loss hypnosis." It is done and we need to produce it and shrink wrap it. I may sell it as an MP3 before it is completed as a CD. I will let you know. The only change that occurs is at an unconscious level, so resisting someting on a conscious level is not as effective as when the unconscious has no need for it. I'm once again avoiding all sugar for a few weeks. Seems when I allow sugar into my diet, I have a really hard time controlling the amount.
