JJ, do you do scrapbooking? Making a scrapbook for them is great. Also, now I'm into using the pictures to make slide shows and transfer them onto DVD's for them. I'm going to do one of all the grandkids for each of their parents for Christmas.

Yonuh, I have 3 types of night-blooming cereus, one with almost identical flowers to the pic you took. If you took a daytime pic, then it's a different variety from mine. My babies bloom mid-summer.

Gorgeous cereus flower!

Now I have to figure out how to make it smaller!! This is a cactus flower at the Desert Museum.

Stunning pic!

Yonuh, you can also 'resize' your pic on the photobucket site. It is directly above the pic.
JJ's way will work also.

Yonuh, beautiful flower and great photography! I don't know about the others, but the larger photos do not slow my computer down at all....and some photos lose the effect if they are too downsized.

Thanks all. I don't remember what kind of cactus this is - it was sort of like a barrel cactus. Night-blooming cereus isn't in bloom here yet. We used to have a cereus in our yard but accidentally killed it one summer with lack of water. Since then, we have put in a drip system that waters automatically. This morning we woke up to rain - yaayy!!

Very nice indeed! I loved the hummingbird pic's. The male so proud and the one on the branch; gosh, it was like I could reach out and touch her. LOVE THEM!

You know Louisa I just hadn't thought of scrapbooking the pictures for the girls, but I just might do that. Nice idea...thank you!

I LOVE to scrapbook. Need to find the time.
I find that when I do, I am a much kinder, sweeter wife and mommy and totally in love with my family (even when it's been a crazy day), and feel SO blessed looking back at the the great memories!
