Acid reflux, spastic colon, doo dah...doo dah...these are a few of my favorite thingggggggs.

When I was below the age of 40, I could eat nails and it wouldn't have bothered my tummy. Now I can walk past Taco Bell and get indigestion.

I eat a salad a day and have no problems at all though. Go figure.

Mostly spicy foods get to me. TUMS...they are our friend.

I have also developed lactose intolerance in recent years. My stomach has gotten weaker but I think I inherited this from Mom.

I have developed ICE CREAM intolerance. When I eat it, my hips and butt get happy and IN it goes, as they tolerate it.

What? You said, INtolerance. Did you not?

I WISH there were more foods I couldn't tolerate. Sure would make it easier to watch what I eat. My grandma and my mom and my sister are all like me. I think its genetic. My aunts stayed "handsome" and fit well into their lives also and they're on my dad's side of the family.

Mom and Dad always said we had the Epps charisma. Hasn't made us rich or famous, but its helped us be in the position to help others though.
