chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	Our friend Betty Boop seems to be in need of our prayers. She has been debilitated with horrible hip pain. She says she hasn't fallen, or twisted wrong etc. and her doctor can't find a reason for this intense pain. I think she is on pain pills, and was told to rest. She could use our prayers, not knowing what the problem is has her frightened.....Thank you

Its so strange because one minute she was fine and the next had horrific shooting pains from her ankle to her hip. Her daughter Val wrote Emmy and I yesterday that she was incapacitated in bed and taking pain pills. Hopefully your prayers will help. Too bad more people don't read the posts, it would be nice.

I do read all your posts usually but landed in the hospital the last Monday in March. I had a ruptured appendix and am finally home and back to reading here. Will pray for Betty Boop Maggie

Please tell her we are all thinking of her and praying for her speedy recovery. I haven't been online since last Friday, otherwise, I would have responded sooner. Ms Maggie! You are also in my prayers dear friend. I had the same thing happend to me years ago (no surprise there, right?) so I can relate. God speed on your recovery as well. I'm sure if Betty can sit up she's reading your wonderful words and they are helping to keep her spitits up. She is a trooper, its not knowing whats wrong that is the scary part. Her husband will soon be home off the road and I'm sure that will help her to feel even better. Its ladies like all of you that keep us all, each and everyone strong.

I have found that stretching and anti-inflammatory medicine seem to help but every once in a while I feel like a red hot poker has been shot through my leg. (Not to whine but to see if there's any similarity) .. so I'm sure she's not a happy camper at all right now. My prayers will be sent along for your friend Chatty, that's for sure. Kate
