As a Catholic mother of 8, I can relate to this, but some of my tears were of joy - joy that God has been showing me how to live so I don't end up with a "Could have" bin. What matters at the end of our lives is what our children thought of how we lived, not the rest of the world. Dotsie, thanks for bringing this back up.
