I want to participate in the teleseminars but can't afford it with my long distance phone rates. I looked for the old post about this and can't find it. Who do you use that's cheap and actually provides service.

I use BellSouth and I pay 23/month for long distance. It doesn't matter WHO I call, WHERE I call, or HOW LONG I talk, it's 23/month. Period. I love this!

I use Vonage, unlimited long distance and local service for only 24 a month.

I'm with JJ on the Bellsouth. If you don't have the unlimited option in your area you can try getting phone cards from Sam's and places like that for as low as $.03 per minute. That makes a teleclass under $2.

Mostly I use my Sprint cell phone for FREE long distance. But if I do use Embarg land line service, I still only pay .10 cents per minute and that includes if and when I call Europe. I like that rate just fine.

Where'd my post go? I'm the only person left who doesn't have a cell phone so I'll check out prices when I feel better. I'll also call Bellsouth and see what they can do. Thanks.

I don't have a cell phone either, or even a long distance package. Which is why the 99c deal is pretty good.

Meredith, are you talking about phone cards that require you to dial a special code before the area code and the number that you use on your home phone? I would like that. I'm not with this century yet.
