Broiled Crab Cakes

1 1/2 lbs. crabmeat, fresh or immitation.
2 tbsp. low fat mayonaise
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. minced onions
1 egg
Dash tobasco sauce

Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
............................................
You can bread these and either fry or broil but the breading and frying adds many calories.

When we go out to dinner, my husband likes to order crab cakes.. I wonder if he would like these. They don't look too difficult to make, but then, Chatty, you're such a gourmet, you make everything sound so easy. :-)

Should I mince up the crab so that it's in small pieces? Almost like shredded?
