I got this recipe from a firend. I've altered it a bit. I'm giving you my version.

12 oz. sweet Italian sausage
2 t olive oil
1 onion
2 t minced garlic
pepper to taste
1 can diced tomatoes including liquid,(28 oz.)
3 1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup medium size pasta shells
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can drained cannelini beans,(19 oz.)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)

-Cook sausage in oil with onion and garlic.
-When ready, drain and add tomatoes, water, pasta, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
-Add beans and tomato paste. SImmer 4 minutes or until pasta is tender and beans are heated through.

Delish. Enjoy!

Saw this one and made it today for a luncheon I was having and it was a huge success...The only thing I did differently was to add 2 tsps. of sugar to sweeten the tomato paste a bit...

I will be bringing back many of the recipes that should be seen again and hopefully enjoyed by all.Super meal for the cold weather...

The pineapple cake yepthatsme2 was not one of mine, sorry!

Wow this looks like it will be delicious. Can't wait to try it, I've got the sausage, just need to pick up the rest of the ingredients!

I'm trying this one tonight!
Finally got all the ingredients together except the pasta shells (I forgot to pick those up) so I'm going to use mini penne instead.

I am not crazy about sausage but I have been wanting some new soup recipes (hint, hint, ladies) so I will try this.
First, I will try the easy pot pie recipe, though. Going shopping today.
