I try to write it down but I forget that I wrote it somewhere. When I come across it I say...Oh yeah...now I remember. And I'm not even menopausal??? C'mon Doc! Let's do that whatyamacallit test again!

Methinks it's not so much a memory problem as there are so many more things bombarding our mind that no one can remember it all!! Geez, 20 years ago you just had one phone. No cells, pagers, computers, PDA's, cable, digital, satelitte, only one form of communication and if you didn't answer it so what. Now we are on constant alert and overload with everyone coming at us all the time, so it's no wonder you can't remember what you were doing 10 minutes ago!!

They would ask a question on TV, music, or whatever, and I knew the answer. Nowadays, I have a hard time remembering what I had for breakfast yesterday! One of the great things about losing my memory is I can watch re-runs and think they're new shows! Drives my husband insane. He'll ask, "Didn't you just watch that show?" Of course I answer, "What show?"
