I think I'm just getting started with this wonderful thing called Menopause. So far, just a couple of night sweats/flashes. My hubby doesn't quite understand what is happening, he thinks it's him causing this fire...LOL I figure on not telling him until I have to!

Ugh! The night sweats. I ended up taking a towel to bed with me, it was like wiping down a wet horse, and putting a small fan next to the bed that I could grab when the fire ignited.

I'm on an HRT right now, and wondering if I should be, but it has stopped the night sweats and hot flashes.
