MustangGal Unregistered	Hey, might any of you gals take glucosamine, MSM, HA, etc.? And if so, why and for what type of activities. Have you seen or felt any improvement physically both internally and externally? How much, how often and which brands do you prefer? Thanks!

yonuh Member Registered: 06/14/06 Posts: 2447 Loc: Arizona	My partner just started taking AvoSoy from Dr. Theodosakis. He has badly aching joints and Glucosamine/Chondroitin didn't do much for him. Since he spent so many years working outside in all kinds of weather, his hands, shoulders, knees, and elbows give him a lot of pain when it's damp and cold. He has been on the new stuff about a week, and has already felt a difference. It's not cheap but worth it if it works as it seems to be now. Dr. Theodosakis wrote a book called The Arthritis Cure, which is recommended by Dr. Andrew Weil, who has been right about so many medical things. So I have ordered the book and am waiting for it to get here.
