I have to laugh because my niece is a personal trainer. After college, she went to some personal training school in California. Oh my gracious. I did one work-out with her and I was dead. It was way too advanced for me. I'm guessing it wasn't age appropriate. Or aybe it has nothing to do with age, but how fit you are.
