I grilled, with a dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar:

a mixed group of peppers, then brown bagged them and peeled them
red onions
a mixed group of small tomatoes
chicken breast

I mixed with baby greens and some blue cheese chunks and grapes

We ate.

Mmmmmm, good.

This sounds yummy. The only thing I'd do differently is use feta instaed of bleu if I was eating. If making it for my family (all bleu cheese lovers) I'd make it just as you did. LOve the grape idea.

chatty, don't you have a bleu cheese and grape appetizer?

And are you saying you "grilled" out with all of this stuff? Or was it in the oven?

Oh, grilled them. To roast peppers, you burn the skins, then put them in a brown paper bag for a bit and peel off the skins. They are delightful.
