the big balls that you do all sorts of sit ups leg lifts etc..... sorry I did not clarify - you are actually on the ball from what I gather

it's easy. even if you fall over, you're 2" from a mat. You don't stand on the bleepin thing. That's the bosu ball, which is a different thing.

bosu ball is a hardish rubber half-ball about 2' across. you stand on it, either round side up or flat side up and you balance on it.

HOw long is the class, what's it called, and do you use the ball the whole time. I need to do more than Curves, or I need to do Curves more often. Something has to change because I'm not seeing the changes I first saw when starting Curves.

Yes - thats what happened to me with curves - everything stopped - BYOB at the YMCA on Monday nights 6:30-7:15pm is the class for our YMCA yes the ball the whole time but you work all parts of the body
