nillawafer Member Registered: 10/11/02 Posts: 158 Loc: new orleans	i have lost 75 pounds now on the atkins nutritional approach!! actually it may be slightly over 75 pounds but i am calling it that for now. 45 more to go and i will see how things look then. i may decide to drop a few more when i get to that weight. i feel like a whole new me. i am in the restaurant business and we receive cheese in 15 pound cases. my husband and i laugh and say "honey i've lost five cases of cheese!!" Not the most healthy approach....but I'll take the 8lb loss as just one more blessing in the storm. Now that he's home, I'm counting on wild sex to keep the pounds off....don't underestimate it as a great alternative to jogging, swimming, pilates, whatever!
