Phyllis...I love cheese too. I get the low fat Baby Bell gouda and eat one with TLC crackers (by Kashi), which are very healthy. I love CRUNCHY foods, so I keep cut up celery/carrots/peppers/cucumbers in the fridge and take a container of non fat sour cream and mix it with one envelope of Lipton onion soup mix and use it as a dip for the veggies - it's delicious! REALLY fills me up as a snack.
