Ladies,
I want to tell you that I had no idea the joy this Christmas Card Exchange would play in my holiday happiness. I mean it. It's been said before, and more eloquently than I could ever say, but there was a spring in my step as I would rush to the mailbox every day, anticipating the cards and notes. Everyone was so gracious with their notes of friendship and love. This has been my first year to participate and I will tell you this, unless I'm 6' under next year, I'll be first on the sign up list. WHAT FUN! WHAT LOVE! AND from around the world!!!! Does it get any better than this? Okay, maybe Elvis making his comeback, but aside from that, I ask ya?

Sandpiper was my secret santa and she read my mind....I received a Barnes and Noble gift card. Can I say BLESS YOU! Do you feel the thanks reaching out and hugging you? OMG...give me books...lots and lots of books. I live off books. You have made my day you sweet, thoughtful person! I also thank you for the kind note you enclosed. You've touched my heart during this season. I thank you. Did I mention I was happy about the gift card? LOL!

I want to thank crossstitch queen for the lovely crossstitched snowmen magnets. They are so professinally done. No wonder she has that screen name.They are all backed with white felt. They honestly look like they were done by machine, which I know is impossible.

She sent me SIX which was more than enough. One would have been enough. The weekend they came, my daughter was home from college and she claimed two for her dorm fridge. I have the other four adorning our fridge and I absolutely love them. They'll be safely tucked away with the rest of the decorations at the end of the season and brought out every year forever. Thank you!

Ok, I got CHOCOLATES all the way from Ireland!! Thanks Popea, and Celtic, (and Lucien!) They arrived in today's mail and I intend to eat them all right after dinner. LOL

Has anyone heard from Dreamer? I sent her my gift earlier this month and the delivery confirmation shows she received it. I sent her a private message but don't have her email.

I just hope all is well with her. If anyone knows her, please tell her we're missing her!

49erDonna sent me a beautiful angel ornament.....she's really a porcelain doll dressed in an angle outfit, and she's really pretty.......will definitely be part of my Xmas decorations every year from now on!!
