Everything will be sent to one person, the coordinator, when she asks for them, she will need:

Your first and last name.
Your name on the site and email address
Your full address, City, State and Zip code.

Around the first week in December you will receive by email the names and address's of all the women on the Christmas card list so you can address and send you cards. You will also receive the name and information of your secret gift exchange person to send a gift to. The names will be chosen by random draw. Waiting to hear from Chickadee and if not then with Dotsies okay I will begin gathering the things needed. I believe in starting early to make sure no one is forgotten. I suggest you get cards bought early and the gift too, take advantage of the before Christmas sales. You know its for a woman so that makes it much easier.
