Thanks again girlfriends.....I will take my digital camera and try to get my hubby to take a few pix. Hopefully it will be well attended - the Borders in my town is fairly new so with some luck people will be curious if nothing else!

Jackie, Cosmic Brownies is a book of poetry that I worked on last year. I had a relationship with a poetry publishing company due to having submitted some poems for an anthology they were putting together, and they wound up asking me if I'd take the project over! SO, in addition to the collection containing several of my poems (and one from Maya Angelou!), I was the official editor. My name is on the cover and I am proud of the finished product! It's available from Amazon.....it's a remarkable book.

Isn't that wild that Pam is in the same book as Maya Angelou? Now that's something else.

She is truly an inspiration and I taught her everything she knows...what? Okay, okay, big fat lie. But saying she is an inspiration is the truth, as anyone that knows her can atest.
