Thank godness iv a soar back i have to live my life in a new and intresting way, thank god i not as cleaver as i think becouse then theirs loads to descover and get to know about. Thank goodness iv resnt becouse tyhat means i have a house that i live in.

I guess then..I am grateful for my knee pain because that means that I have a knee..and all the adjusting is teaching me something..I know that!!! Patience, for onte thing..and I certainly need training in that department!

I loved your "thank God I`m not as clever as I think" Celtic..that is just packed with humor and thoughts..now I really am laughing! And I´m right with you there..I often find myself rethinking things that I kinda thought I knew as true..and that is exciting! I am reading a book on extreme selfcare..and this is very interesting and not half as selfish as it sounds! It´s about keeping yourself together so you can be of some use to yourself and others..
