They can also create a false identity as I know this is important for a battered woman. Even use a fake email address as I don't check up on them. Saftey is a big issue for some of them Not sure what you mean about the message board on the home page. The victim becomes locked in their own prison of sorts, a mental one and especially where sexual abuse is involved. It destroys lives. There is no reason a child sexual predator should be walking the streets...ever! They say this is the side of him he's tried to keep hidden from the public.
