Maggie Member Registered: 02/19/03 Posts: 765 Loc: Oregon	Hi, Someone asked about red Coleus and photosynthesis or chlorophyll. I wasn't sure the question was answered so will try here. I asked my husband while out walking. He was a junior high Science teacher. He told me the red Coleus was probably a red pigment but on the inside of the plant its still green so it will still act like a green plant. This is the shortened version of his explanation.
