Thanks for helping Danita ladies.

The crazy thing is that Korky Vann wrote an awesome article about BWS for the Hartford Corant last week. Many other papers picked up the entire article, or parts of it and published it in their papers. YAHOO. BWS is getting lots of media coverage.

Oh, everything is moving right along with the association. I have finally passed all of the information to my web master for the site. I am breaething a huge sigh of relief. Now it's all in her hands. She's doing a remarkable job. I'll be sure to post the link in the forums before it goes live so you can all see it.

I am taking time for myself. My kids are in and out throughout the day. Both kids come home for lunch with assorted other hungry teens so I stop to chat with them, make grilled cheese sandwiches, whatever. I've also been walking my dog with my hubby at night, and always have to get that much needed relaxing bath before hitting the sack. But when I am not goofing off with all the people coming and going at Grand Central...I am working like a DOG and loving it. Thanks for asking.

A lot of the new women joining here recently have mentioned reading an article in their local paper. Is there any way we could find a copy of Korky Vann's original article? I'm very interested in reading it.

Thanks for being on your toes chick!

Just learned today that it was in another paper in Myrtle Beach, SC.

I'm happy for those who chose to advertise this month because the site is getting tons more hits.

Ladies, also remember to visit the home page every now and then to see what's new.

Duh. Talk about mental-pause! As soon as I checked out that link, I realized I had already read it quite awhile ago right here somewhere!

Thanks Chick for taking the time to post that link.

I was asked to share this with you all. I completed an online master's degree in Education last September. All the courses--30 hours--I believe--were completed in online chat classes, along with submission of all written assignments, research papers, and final portfolio online. It was a womderful experience and really challenging. Self discipline was the hardest part of the course--getting assignments completed on time so that others in the forum could comment on the work.
I did the work through Indiana Wesleyan University.

Congratulations! You are the first person I know to achieve a degree online. I just wonder if you missed meeting people face to face?
