I know absolute zip about an empty nest...I have 4 adult children, still at home.

Read an article one day, can't remember where...about how the eagle picks out all the soft fluff (feathers etc.) in the nest and replaces it with rough textured feeling substance's, when time comes for the babies fly away.

Somedays, I think about picking the fluff from the nest.

I truly love them all...just ready for them to fly solo.

Forum is a good idea for all the ladies, who do have a empty nest.
