Tonight I ate an entire bag of Nestles chocolate chip morsels. [Razz] I was suppose to make cookies but got side tracked on this darn computer and grabbed the bag for just one, or maybe a couple, HAH!! Before I knew it I had a new chapter for my Mystery and an empty bag. Yes, I have type ll Diabetes and am a bad girl [Frown] but I lost my mind, couldn't eat just one, the devil made me do it and any other excuse I can think of. BWS dieters, I confess I put morsels in my mouth and ate them. [Big Grin]

Aw well chatty, I'm pretty sure any calories consumed while writing are neutralized by the light of a computer screen.

Works for me. [Smile]

Smile, so as long as I'm in front of my computer screen with my Hershey bars, I'm okay? [Big Grin]

HOLY COW!!! A Full Bag of Nestle Morsels!!! I'm impressed! That would send me over the edge...but what a way to go! Be careful, doesn't that do wierd things to your sugar levels? I have a cousin who will eat an entire home made pie and then take 5 insulin shots. I dunno but I think maybe the roller coaster ride would kill me. Seems like he'd be up and down a lot. Thank God I don't actually know, it's conjecture on my part.

I don't have the energy tonight, but promise to give the chocolate cheesecake recipe soon. As to the bag of chocolate chips, that used to be my downfall. It made me remember that when my son had brain surgery 1993 (he was 7, now almost 19 and well), a friend brought me a bag of chocolate chips so I would be sure and have something soothing while in the hospital. Yum Yum. I haven't been eating these since starting a diet 4 years ago. Maybe I'll have to go into the cupboard. HA HA, no, I don't want to gain any weight, one little bit leads to more, I have trouble stopping after just a little.

Swimbo, your story just goes to prove the point that "CHOCOLATE IS NATURES COMFORT FOOD." Happy your son made it with flying colors. [Wink]

Chatty, my daughter uses diet and exercise to control her numbers. She's a Type II. Sixteen years old. It stinks, and I'm not even the one with the disease. I just know what a struggle it is for her. i must say that shse does best when she gets her exercise in every day!

As far as eating mini chocolate chips, that's one way I don't enjoy eating chocolate. Now put them in cookies and that's another story, especially with pecans!
