Sherri, What great follow-up and perserverance you have. My 50,000 words are still sitting there untouched. But it is the sequel to my current novel, and as soon as I get this one to press, I will go back and start fleshing out and editing the nanowrimo opus. I'll look for your novel when it appears. It's interesting how all of us who are self-publishing have chosen different publishers. Tate is a POD, right? Or is it the real deal.

One of the fun things we did during nanowrimo was all gather at a little indie book store once a week. They put up tables to gather around, places to plug in our laptops, and provided chocolates and tea. We all wrote twice as much in those Sunday sessions than we did at home. Fellow-writer energy!
