Thanks Kelly, Evie, Pam, Katrinka, and chatty lady, I'm just finishing the final edit on the text (typesetting it myself so this is my last chance to get it right). Once they receive the files, it's only a couple of weeks to being ready on demand. I will be able to arrange to sell copies some myself through my website and autograph those (using a shopping cart arrangement).
